Marketing & Communications Lead

Remote (EU timezone preferred) Full Time

You'll be the first dedicated marketing leader at a company doing nearly 8 figures ARR with almost no marketing. That's the opportunity: a fast-growing AI infrastructure company with strong product-market fit, hundreds of paying customers, and barely any top-of-funnel investment. Everything you build will be net new.

You'll report directly to the CEO and own the entire external communications function: CEO personal brand, company social, creator partnerships, paid acquisition, and tracking. You'll have a designer and engineering support, but you need to be the kind of person who can unblock yourself when no one else is available.

We're not looking for someone who manages agencies or builds decks about strategy. We're looking for someone who writes, ships, measures, and iterates every day.

Responsibilities

  • You can write. Not "content creator" write. Clear, opinionated, technical writing that sounds like a real person with real opinions. If you've ghostwritten for a founder, even better.
  • Experience building and growing B2B social accounts with measurable results. Show us the numbers.
  • You create with AI. You use LLMs, AI image tools, and automation to move faster. Not as a crutch, but as a multiplier.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithms, organic distribution, and what drives reach in 2026.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads minimum, Google Ads a plus).
  • Comfortable setting up tracking infrastructure (GA4, pixels, UTMs) or learning fast.
  • You follow AI, web infrastructure, and developer tools because you're genuinely interested.
  • Self-directed. You don't wait for a brief. You see what needs to happen and you do it.
  • Comfortable working async in a remote team across time zones.
  • Portfolio or examples of B2B social accounts you've grown. We'll ask for numbers.

Requirements

  • Write in the CEO's voice on LinkedIn and X. Study his existing posts, internalize the tone (direct, data-driven, specific numbers, no hashtags, no emoji, no engagement bait), and produce 2-3 posts per week for review and approval.
  • Manage the CEO's personal content calendar so there is always content queued and ready.
  • Own Massive's LinkedIn and X presence. 3-5 posts per week: market maps, industry commentary, product launches, customer features, data-driven takes on web infrastructure and AI.
  • Build and manage the content pipeline end to end. Ideation, drafting, design coordination, scheduling, publishing, engagement.
  • Build creator pods, partnerships, and co-marketing relationships to amplify reach beyond our own accounts.
  • Design and run contests, campaigns, and community initiatives that scale distribution.
  • Identify and engage industry voices, prospects, and customers through comments and DMs.
  • Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Build audiences, test creatives, optimize spend.
  • Set up Google Ads if warranted. Manage retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
  • Own budget allocation across channels and report on CAC and pipeline contribution.
  • Set up and maintain marketing tracking infrastructure: GA4 conversion events, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads pixel, UTM conventions.
  • Report weekly on what's working: content performance, impressions, signups from social, pipeline influenced by marketing.
  • Build the attribution system that connects content to signups to revenue.
